Project Scope

The original project scope was for the formation of the new sports fields: 

• Installation of temporary fencing and works staging area 

• Installation of erosion and sediment control measures 

• Surface cultivation 

• Earthworks, consolidation and levelling of imported material (Council supplied); and 

• Turf grass establishment and grow-in. 

 

Significant additional scope was added once work onsite was underway: 

• Importation of subgrade material to assist with levelling of the fields 

• Removal of hardstand areas and drainage upgrade to existing buildings onsite. 

• Installation of new asphalt paths and landscape planting.
