STMS A B C (P)
As a STMS A B C (P) you will play an important part in our Open Spaces and Landscaping teams and be passionate about your work that impacts the safety of our people. You will thrive in having the responsibility of ensuring a safe and compliant traffic management operation that meets a variety of specifications and for communicating effectively with members of the public, clients, and team members. This is primarily a mobile operations role and you will manage work site traffic safety, assess site risks and be highly capable of deploying the correct traffic management plans for all worksites.

This includes flexibility through the mowing season when our STMS share a roster of nightshifts that attract award rates and variable start and finish times to achieve the best productivity and utilisation of resources.
Self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, is an important part of the role as well as ensuring all plant, equipment and materials are delivered on time to designated work sites and mobile programs.
Whether you have a current practicing STMS warrant, a lapsed STMS certification or you want to grow your existing basic traffic management skills we would welcome your interest in joining our team.
What you’ll bring:
Valid STMS warrant A B C (P) or STMS L2/3 P
Full NZ Driver License with Class 2 endorsement
Demonstrable experience and compliance in Traffic Management and COPTTM
A passion for working predominantly in a mobile operation environment on the State Highway Network
Impressive ability to confidently communicate with our crew and the public
Significant contribution to the health and safety of our team
Pride in ensuring all work undertaken is to the highest standard and specifications
